On the 2006 Mitsubishi Lancer, The P0421 is a fairly straight forward code pointing to a failing warm-up converter. The Oxygen Sensors measure the amount of emissions in the exhaust going into, and then out of the converter. On the 2010 Toyota Camry 2.5L engine, the P0015 is pointing to a problem with the exhaust camshaft oil control valve. This can also be an issue of Valve timing (timing jumped – not very common).
