On the 2010 Kia Soul, the P0441 is a fairly straight forward code pointing to a fault in the EVAP Purge System. This is most commonly due to a faulty EVAP Purge Control Solenoid Valve (PCSV). It’s located on the side of the engine closest to the windshield, about mid-way down on the engine. Carefully inspect the vacuum lines to/from the PCSV for any cracks, holes or loose connections. Inspect the electrical connector and as far up the harness as you can, looking for any loose, broken or damaged wires. If the visual inspection checks ok, replace the PCSV.
