On the 2010 Chevy Camaro, the P0449 is a fairly straight forward code pointing to a fault with the EVAP Vent Solenoid Valve. The Vent Valve is located under the vehicle, above the rear differential, near the EVAP Cansister. Check fuse #32 in the under-hood fuse block. Carefully inspect the rubber lines to/from the Vent Valve for any cracks, holes or loose connections. Inspect the electrical connector for any loose, broken or damaged wires. If the visual inspection checks ok, most commonly, replacing the Vent Valve will solve the problem.
