On the 2007 Honda Odyssey, the P0443, P145C and P0497 codes are related. One is a general purge system code. One is a low purge flow code. And the other points directly to a problem with the EVAP Purge Solenoid. The EVAP Purge Solenoid is located on the top, rear of the engine, towards the driver’s side. Carefully inspect the vacuum lines for any cracks, holes or disconnections (inspect carefully, this is common!). Inspect the electrical connector and wire harness for any loose, broken or damaged wires. If the inspections check ok, replacing the Purge Solenoid should solve the problem. To replace- remove the engine cover. Disconnect the vacuum lines from the solenoid. Unplug the electrical connector. Remove the 2 mounting bolts.
