On the 1997 Cadillac Deville, 4.6L engine, the P1350 is a fairly straight forward code that is pointing to a problem with the Ignition Control Module (ICM). You can fine the ICM located under the ignition coils (the flat metal piece that the coils sit atop – see image below). Carefully inspect the electrical connector and wire harness for any loose, broken or damaged wires. If the visual inspection checks ok, replacing the ICM should solve the problem.
